• Mobile phones should not be seen at any point whilst students are on the Academy site. Phones must be switched off and in bags from when students arrive at the gate in the morning until they leave through the gate at the end of the day.
  • Any phone that is not switched off and in a student’s bag will be confiscated. This includes:
    • Mobile phones being used for any reason whilst on the Academy site.
    • Mobile phones being visible at any point whilst on the Academy site.
    • Mobile phones being stored in pockets.
  • The Academy does not accept any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged mobile phones, and reminds parents that if they choose to allow their child to bring a mobile device to the Academy they do so at their own risk.
  • The Academy recommends that if parents allow their child to bring a mobile phone then adequate insurance is in place for such a valuable item.
