At Excel we aim to help students develop and grow into young adults who are ready and able to go out confidently into the world.

This means to show that you are mindful of someone else and their feelings. To behave and act in a respectful way is to show that you are polite, well-mannered and considerate.

This means to show that you are able to recover from a set-back or a disappointing grade, to show that you won’t give up and that you will work hard and try again in order to achieve your goals.

This means to set your own goals high, reach for the stars and have the very highest expectations for yourself. You may want to try something new that you haven’t had the opportunity to do yet.

This means to hold your head high, communicate with others and to show that you are proud of who you are and what you stand for.

This means to think about your actions, what you say, what you do and how you treat others so you can grow and learn from your mistakes.
