Empowering Our Students to Shape Their Futures! 🚀✨
We are incredibly proud to share how our Year 9 students across Alpha Academies Trust are using the brilliant myFUTURE platform to take control of their next steps.
Choosing GCSE options can feel overwhelming, but the WMBACC Gateways perfectly bridge the gap between school subjects and real-world careers—helping young people match their passions to specialist future skills. 🧭💡
Here is how the project is already making a massive impact for one of our students:
🚨 Student Spotlight: Meet Enzo! 🚨
"An ordinary 9-to-5 isn’t for me—I want a career in policing where every single day is different. The myFUTURE project really helped me navigate my Year 9 options. By exploring the Health, Social Care, Sport & Public Services Gateway online, I was able to see how my choices connect directly to my dream job. It’s given me the perfect head start." 🎯👮♂️
By connecting his Year 9 subjects directly to his chosen Gateway, he’s already on track to achieving his dream career goals. 🚀🙌
